Complete rehabilitation of a building for residential and commercial use, with a total gross construction area of about 618 square meters. The contract includes partial alteration work inside the building (floor 0 to 3) and expansion work on the attic floor, with a total of 5 residential units distributed over the 4 floors and the attic floor, and a commercial area on the ground floor. The scope of work to be carried out includes significant demolition, structural reinforcement, various civil construction works, plasterboard work on walls and ceilings, alterations to wall and floor coverings, new carpentry, metalwork, and window and door frames, assembly of new equipment, and full execution of new special installation networks. It also includes the installation of an elevator in the building’s vertical communication core, thus promoting an improvement in the quality of the building’s use. There are also plans for work associated with the execution of a new roof and façade intervention, maintaining the existing architectural elements and restoring them.
