This rehabilitation work arises from the need to update this 1980s apartment to a more current layout and create renewed comfort. With a total area of 180 m2, this comprehensive rehabilitation of an apartment in the Amoreiras towers, in Lisbon, was materialized by Beelt.

The space was in its original state, requiring a deep intervention in terms of coatings and also all specialties – electricity, ited, water and sewage, and HVAC.

The coatings of this apartment include ceramic tiles on floors, travertine stone on walls and countertops of sanitary facilities and multilayer wood flooring, in oak, with Chevron application.

The carpentry was customized, having in its constitution and interiors several details that give it the sophistication and comfort associated with an apartment of this nature.
