Arroios

Beelt has completed the renovation of an apartment with an outdoor area located in the Arroios district of Lisbon. This project stood out for its meticulous care in preserving the historical layout of the property, respecting its original elements while seamlessly integrating them with contemporary solutions.

The intervention included standard civil construction works, such as demolitions, partition wall construction, installation of new window frames, carpentry, and painting, as well as the replacement of coatings, sanitary ware, faucets, and glass enclosures. Beelt also installed new electrical, ITED, water, and sewage networks, ensuring modernity and efficiency in the renewed space.

One of the project’s most emblematic interventions was the restoration of the exposed brick wall in the living room, enhancing its original texture and transforming it into a prominent decorative element. The renovation also preserved the ceilings, doors, and shutters, maintaining the aesthetic of the period and ensuring the authenticity of the space.

Beelt also replaced the wooden flooring structure to reinforce the apartment’s stability and functionality, and carefully rehabilitated the outdoor space with lioz stone, giving it a timeless finish.
