Beloura
Beelt has completed the rehabilitation of an apartment in Quinta da Beloura, completely transforming its interiors and reconfiguring access to the outdoor areas. The project was based on a complete layout redesign, with new spatial arrangements for social areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, placing special emphasis on the creation of storage spaces and closets.
The intervention began with the demolition of existing elements and the reinforcement of the flooring with a screed layer, ensuring a solid base for the new layout. The infrastructures were fully renewed, including the installation of new systems for water, sewage, electricity, ITED, and climate control, all aligned with current technical and comfort standards.
With great attention to finishes, custom carpentry played a key role, with the creation of bespoke panels, cabinets, and built-in features that bring consistency to the new interior design.
Among the defining elements of the new atmosphere are the construction of a central bioethanol fireplace in the living area and the installation of a three-panel window system, which now allows for full opening onto the terrace. The transition to the outdoor area was resolved with a discreet solution, seamlessly integrated into the apartment’s architectural language.
With this project, Beelt has delivered a reconfigured, bright, and functional space, carefully designed to meet the needs of its new residents.
