Beelt successfully completed another apartment rehabilitation project in the Arroios area of Lisbon, within the proposed deadline and budget.

The intervention included a series of civil construction works, namely demolitions, rehabilitation of ceilings and walls, renovation of flooring and ceramic coverings, and replacement of carpentry.

The work also involved the installation of new water and wastewater infrastructure, electrical and telecommunications systems (ITED), and the implementation of a new climate control and ventilation system.
