Beelt has completed yet another comprehensive apartment refurbishment project for the rental market, giving this space the necessary comfort and durability.
The focus of the intervention was the refurbishment of the kitchen, an area that previously had an old-fashioned style with an imposing stone chimney and painted wooden furniture. While respecting the original structure, Beelt replaced the wall and worktop coverings with white lacquered finishes and integrated modern appliances designed to fit perfectly into the space.
The old ceramic floor was replaced by a new one in herringbone pine parquet, complemented by honing and varnishing, bringing new life to the space. The project included the replacement of the doors, now in white lacquered wood, in keeping with the modern, bright design of the apartment.
The general painting of ceilings and walls and the redesign of a bathroom with a reduced area were integral parts of this project, where the choice of ceramic tiles helped to maximize the space. There was also a need to replace the water and sewage networks, as well as the electricity and ITED, adapted to the apartment’s new layout. An air conditioning system was installed in the bedrooms and living room, providing additional comfort for the future residents.
Another comprehensive refurbishment completed by Beelt on schedule and without budget deviations, which maximized the potential of the space through careful and efficient intervention.
