The intervention included the installation of false ceilings, new paintwork, a modernized kitchen with new furniture and appliances, and updated sanitary ware. The existing floor was honed and varnished, preserving the original structure but giving it a new shine. An air conditioning system was installed to ensure year-round comfort.

Although the work was a more modest renovation, Beelt was able to significantly modernize and improve the apartment, once again demonstrating its competence and dedication to delivering high-quality projects that meet the client’s expectations.
