Joaquim António Aguiar
Located in one of Lisbon’s premium areas, this apartment at Av. Joaquim António Aguiar was rehabilitated by Beelt. The project authored by the Architect Teresa Mascarenhas, concluded on schedule and without budgetary deviations, gave a new life to this house, preparing it to receive a future tenant.
The rehabilitation was integral, seeking to maintain the original lines and materiality and creating a more up-to-date experience of the spaces, with total and deeper alteration of the kitchen and bathrooms.
In parallel with the development of all the work, which endowed the apartment with renewed comfort, new networks of all the facilities associated with the usual use of an apartment were also executed.
The final product, the result of the dedicated and professional follow-up by the Beelt team, was a success, transforming this apartment, without losing its history and personality, into a product of excellence, quality and comfort.
