Beelt has concluded another complete rehabilitation project in an apartment located in the center of Lisbon. With a minimalist and modern design, the project aimed to completely renovate the space, prioritizing comfort and functionality.

The rehabilitation included the installation of a new framework of pine beams and OSB decking to address the apartment’s uneven floors. To ensure the long-term durability of the property, Beelt repaired or replaced the roof structure’s beams.

Beelt made alterations to the layout of the apartment, and installed new electrical, water, and sewage systems. The addition of plasterboard in the walls also take part of the work to enhance thermal efficiency and achieve a consistent aesthetic in all rooms.

The complete renovation of the systems ensures long-term durability of the project and a substantial improvement in energy efficiency. This project showcases our commitment to urban renovation and enhancing the quality of life in Lisbon, while meeting the unique needs of each project and client.
