Praça Alvalade

Beelt has completed the rehabilitation of an apartment in the iconic Praça de Alvalade in Lisbon, transforming the space into a contemporary and functional space.

The intervention involved a complete reconfiguration of the layout, which made it possible to create four bathrooms – two of them en suite – and to significantly enlarge the social areas, bringing fluidity and natural light into the space. The renovation included all standard civil construction works, systems installation, carpentry, and the replacement of window frames, now made with lacquered aluminum profiles.

Custom-made carpentry played a particularly important role in the project. Highlights include the glass door with a wooden frame marking the entrance to the kitchen, the oak slatted cabinets and door, and the lacquered closet doors with polished nickel handles, which discreetly conceal access to a private bathroom.

Throughout the apartment, natural stone is enhanced by subtle lighting that accentuates each detail. The guest bathroom features a striking Verde Viana stone countertop, while the other bathrooms are fully clad in Volakas marble, covering the walls, floors, and sinks.

With this renovation, Beelt has delivered a refined and highly valued apartment, where detail and sophistication take center stage.
