Beelt has completed another comprehensive apartment refurbishment project, this time in Lisbon’s historic Praça de Londres. In a context of renovation and modernity, this project reflects Beelt’s commitment to excellence in the construction and refurbishment sector.

The challenge accepted by Beelt was to transform an apartment with several decades of history into a modern, comfortable space adapted to the demands of contemporary living. The comprehensive and in-depth intervention carried out by the team involved significant changes to the layout of the home, including updating the floors, coverings, window frames and carpentry, as well as completely renovating the electrical infrastructure and the water and sewage system. With a total area of 150m², the renovated apartment is a testament to the care and attention to detail that Beelt employs in every project.

The work was completed in six months, demonstrating Beelt’s ability to meet demanding deadlines and exceed client expectations.
