Quelhas
Beelt has completed another full rehabilitation of an apartment located in Lisbon. This project primarily aimed to redesign the layout of the property, maximizing comfort and functionality.
The intervention included various civil construction tasks, such as wall demolitions, the introduction of false ceilings with decorative moldings, the addition of a new bathroom, and the renovation of flooring, ceramic coverings, paintings, and window frames. Additionally, all water, sewage, electrical, and telecommunications (ITED) infrastructures were renewed.
Among the key highlights was the kitchen renovation, where Lioz stone was applied to the countertops, false ceilings with integrated indirect lighting were installed, and white finishes were chosen for a minimalist design. In line with this, both bathrooms feature Lioz stone as the primary wall and floor covering.
Thermal comfort was also a priority, with the installation of electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms and radiant heating panels embedded in the bedroom walls, both controlled by digital thermostats.
Regarding carpentry, white lacquered wooden panels were used to conceal technical areas, a sliding door was installed at the entrance of the living room for greater comfort and privacy, and new storage cabinets were introduced to optimize space. The master suite was equipped with a birch veneer plywood walk-in closet, making use of previously underutilized areas.
With this rehabilitation, Beelt has delivered a modern and functional space, ready to meet the demands of daily life.
