Beelt has completed the refurbishment of the Sacadura Cabral 5 property in Lisbon, demonstrating its expertise in revitalizing urban spaces. This project, aimed at the rental market, involved the partial rehabilitation of a two-bedroom apartment, focusing on the kitchen and bathroom, essential areas for the comfort of the residents. The kitchen was modernized with new cabinets and appliances, while the bathroom received a complete renovation, including toilets and ceramic tiles. The project also included painting the walls and ceilings and replacing the interior doors with white lacquered models, increasing the feeling of space and light.

The work was delivered in just over a month, reflecting Beelt’s commitment to efficiency and quality. As general contractor, Beelt reaffirms its excellence in the rehabilitation of spaces, contributing to Lisbon’s urban enhancement and meeting clients’ expectations.
