Total refurbishment of a 2-storey apartment with outdoor patio, with a total area of 300 m2. Small demolitions of masonry in the interior for the configuration of a bedroom with suite and adjustments to better-served areas at the social level and entrance to the house. The pine wood flooring is preserved on the whole of floor 1. The work includes replacing window frames, new coverings in sanitary installation areas and crockery, painting, carpentry, particularly in the kitchen, closets, doors and shutters. There is a decorative language on the walls and new ceilings with friezes. Electrical networks, new water and sewage networks and air conditioning have been installed. The exterior fittings essentially consist of total resurfacing with Algarvian terracotta tiles, a mezzanine with an extension to the existing balcony and a masonry tank.

Alteration and expansion of a 200 m2 single-family house with swimming pool, inserted in a 2000m2 plot. The intervention foresaw the structural reinforcement in the part of the building to be kept and the execution of a structure in the expansion area. Thermal plaster with spatulated finish was applied on exterior walls and spatulated plaster with decorative mortar was applied on interior walls, as well as continuous coating on interior floors, exterior sidewalk and sanitary installations. The work also included the execution of the entire garden area, with the inclusion of several outdoor spaces.
