Beelt will rehabilitate building in Lisbon

Real estate developer Trirhena has contracted Beelt to undertake the full rehabilitation of a building in São Bento, Lisbon. The building will be converted into a residential development.

It will undergo a deep intervention, which foresees the complete rehabilitation of the existing structure, the placement of a new roof and the complete redesign of the building’s interior.

The project, by Saraiva + Associados, foresees the development of four two bedroom apartments, one one-bedroom and a small store. Beelt was hired as general contractor for its execution capacity and confidence in the quality of the work, and the contract term is 18 months.

Miguel Batista, Managing Partner of Beelt, considers that “Beelt gives thus another important step in its growth with the continuous bet in rehabilitation residential projects in partnership with very experienced promoters and designers”.
