Amoreiras: first work with the new Beelt brand

Complete refurbishment of an apartment in the iconic Amoreiras is marked as the first work after the total rebranding of the brand.

Beelt was chosen to rehabilitate and update this apartment, giving it a new life, modern and adapted to the current needs. An integral work with civil construction works ranging from demolition, changes in coverings, carpentry, painting, to exterior arrangements, execution of new electrical and ited networks, water and sewage networks, as well as the installation of a new air conditioning and ventilation system.

The building is now ready to receive new wood flooring and to start carpentry work, with an estimated construction time of 9 months.
