Estrela

Beelt has completed the rehabilitation of an apartment that had previously been adapted for office use, restoring its original residential purpose and transforming it into a contemporary home with a strong visual identity. Designed by the architecture studio Spacegram Studio, the project stands out for its bold color choices, organic forms, and a strong focus on material expression.

The complexity of the work lay in the execution of curved elements, featured in false ceilings, carpentry, countertops, and custom furniture—all requiring a high degree of precision and coordination between teams. This fluid design language is also evident in details such as the rounded step marking the transition between floor levels in the en-suite bathroom, or the washbasins sculpted entirely from natural stone.

Custom-designed carpentry played a central role in the project. Integrated solutions such as concealed doors, built-in wardrobes, and fixed furniture in natural wood and matte lacquer were executed with exacting alignment and craftsmanship.

The natural stones used for countertops, basins, and flooring were carefully selected and applied with attention to vein direction, ensuring continuity between vertical and horizontal surfaces. In the ceramic finishes, the highlight lies in the precise geometric application, creating dynamic and harmonious patterns.

The result is an apartment where every transition between materials, volumes, and technical elements reflects a deep commitment to quality and attention to detail, ensuring visual continuity, comfort, and long-term durability.
