New rehabilitation work in Lisbon

The urban rehabilitation of the city of Lisbon continues to accelerate, and Beelt was the company chosen for another rehabilitation of an apartment in Av. Joaquim António Aguiar.

The rehabilitation of this apartment will be fully developed by Beelt, with interventions at the level of demolition, false ceilings, change of wall and floor coverings, painting, new window frames, carpentry, change of sanitary ware and taps, glass screens and mirrors, as well as the execution of new electrical and ited networks, new water and sewage networks, gas, and new air conditioning and ventilation system.

The deadline for the contract is 6 months, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.
