New construction in the upper part of the city: Amoreiras

New comprehensive rehabilitation work of an apartment in the Amoreiras towers awarded to Beelt.

The more than 180 square meters of apartment will suffer a total intervention, with the execution of new electrical and ited networks, new water, sewage and central heating networks, gas and new air conditioning and ventilation system, and demolition work, false ceilings, alteration of wall and floor coverings, painting, carpentry, change of sanitary ware, faucets, glass screens and mirrors.

According to director Bernardo Soares Coelho: “Along with an innovative and well-thought architecture project, we have all the conditions to deliver a modern and extremely well executed apartment that meets the needs of those who live here”.

The deadline for the construction work is 6 months, with completion scheduled for the beginning of the third quarter of 2023.
