New full rehabilitation in 100 year old building

The center of Lisbon is well marked in the architectural characterization of the last centuries through its buildings. And it is at Avenida João Crisóstomo that Beelt dives into the early twentieth century for another comprehensive rehabilitation of an apartment.

The rehabilitation of this apartment will be fully developed by Beelt, with interventions at the level of demolition, false ceilings, partition walls, change of wall and floor coverings, painting, new window frames, carpentry, change of sanitary ware, faucets, glass screens and mirrors, as well as the execution of new installation networks.

The work requires special care in maintaining some original features, with repair of cracks in ceilings and subsequent painting.

The deadline for the contract is 7 months, with completion scheduled for the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2023.
