Complete rehabilitation of an apartment in Alvalade

It is in Alvalade that another rehabilitation work is born by Beelt’s hands.

The complete rehabilitation of this apartment started in February, with demolition, false ceilings, partition walls, change of wall and floor coverings, painting, new window frames, carpentry, change of sanitary ware, faucets, glass covers and mirrors, as well as the execution of new installation networks.

The initial demolition work has already been completed, and masonry work, opening of shafts, and the start of special installations are currently underway.

The contract term is 7 months, with completion scheduled for the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2023.
