Simple Vilamoura: Construction work started for 5 villas

Already started another project in the Algarve fully developed by Beelt.

Beelt was the company chosen by the promoter Lusoproa for the full construction of 5 villas, with 1 underground floor and two floors above ground, with a total gross construction area of about 1,400 square meters, in a project called Simple Vilamoura.

The project foresees the development of a set of 5 villas including excavation and earthmoving works, reinforced concrete structure execution, interior and exterior finishings, special installations, swimming pools and exterior arrangements, being delivered to the client fully built and equipped.

The contract term is 16 months, with completion scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2024.
