Travessa 51
Beelt has completed another rehabilitation of an apartment located in Lisbon. The main objective of this project was to modernize and optimize the space while preserving the original structure of the property and introducing an atmosphere of lightness and elegance.
The architectural project, developed in-house by the Beelt team, enabled closer coordination between the design and execution phases. This proximity allowed for more efficient decision-making throughout the process, facilitating on-site adaptations and ensuring coherence between concept and final result.
The intervention included a range of civil construction works, such as wall demolitions, the introduction of false ceilings, new flooring, ceramic coverings, painting, and the installation of new window frames. All water, sewage, electrical, and telecommunications (ITED) systems were also fully renovated.
Among the key highlights was the kitchen renovation, featuring a Silestone stone countertop, neutral-toned ceramics, and white carpentry, achieving a minimalist design. In harmony with this, the bathroom combines oak wood elements and false ceilings with indirect lighting, creating a sense of comfort and simplicity.
Executed over a period of six months, this project was delivered as a turnkey solution, tailored to precisely meet the client’s needs and the specific context of the space.
